Income tax receipts representing union and working dues, as well as other taxable benefit receipts, will be mailed by February 29, 2016.
To allow time for mail delivery, duplicate tax receipt requests will be issued after March 18, 2016.
If you do not receive your tax receipt(s) please contact your local union office for assistance.
